Lance Inspections is very much an Employee-Based Company, our team is hand-picked and made up of a blend of very skilled, motivated, and self-disciplined individuals that offer uncompromised loyalty to succeed as a group. Lance Inspections has all employees and no sub-contractors, we value the idea of holding consistency at the top of our priorities.
Born and Raised in the Peace Country, both Lance and Christina possess an understanding of the local business culture. After working in the NDT industry for several years, it was certain that we would eventually start our own company. This is what happened, in January of 2006 “Lance Inspections” was born and we have not looked back since.

Comprehensive staff training
Our company has a comprehensive employee training program where each field employee is consistently challenged to obtain their next level of NDT certifications in multiple methods. We utilize both NAIT and SAIT courses and testing facilities along with many online training programs and local safety training groups.
Our training goal is to have all field employees reach full NDT and API certification credentials.
